The ReproART Center uses ultramodern equipment from international manufacturers. Our diagnostic devices allow for all types of complex diagnostics testing necessary for gynecology and andrology patients and infertile couples. However, it is not only our equipment but also our experienced personnel that elevate our success because they are trained to use the equipment and trained in the execution of quality control, quality assurance and quality management techniques.
Our excellent results have occurred because of our training, experience, attention to detail. REPROART SUCCESS RATES
In vitro fertilization (IVF) has improved over the past few years and we now have changed some of our approaches to achieve better success. In the past, IVF nearly always involved transferring unfrozen embryos into a uterus prepared during high-dose gonadotropin stimulation of the ovaries for egg retrieval. Although this worked for some patients, it was not optimal for all patients. Embryos in excess of those transferred to the patient were cryopreserved by a slow-freeze method. Now, method of freezing, is a newer more successful method called vitrification.

Over time, however, new media were introduced for culturing embryo’s to the blastocyst stage (5-6 days), and for vitrifcation . The improved embryo selection afforded by extended culture and the improved survival of blastocysts cryopreserved by vitrifcation led to greatly improved pregnancy rates following the transfer of either fresh or frozen embryos.
Our clinic has developed and successfully adopted blastocyst vitrification (rapid freezing method) with a 98% rate of survival and a 65% rate of pregnancy regardless of age.
Many patients mistakenly believe that transferring the embryo during the fresh (retrieval) cycle optimizes their chances of pregnancy. This was true in the past, but with improvements in cryopreservation (vitrification), we find that the success following transfer of frozen blastocysts is equal to or exceeds the success that we have seen with transfer of fresh embryos. We attribute the poorer success with fresh transfers to the unnatural uterine preparation that occurs with highly eleveated levels of gonadotropins and steroids during the cycles for oocyte retrieval.

IVF + PREIMPLANTATION GENETIC TESTING (PGT - A)
Further, Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis/screening (24 chromosomes analyzed, and 22 autosomes and chromosomes X, Y screened) is most feasibly implemented by biopsy and cryopreservation (since several days are needed to obtain genetics results), and you will have even better chances at successful in vitro fertilization and much lower failed pregnancy risks. But these improved results can only be realized when cryopreservation and replacement in a more natural uterine preparation or programmed uterine preparation cycle is used.
The experience of numerous clinics confirms that using frozen embryos increases pregnancy rates, giving better results than unfrozen embryos transferred during the same cycle.
